How much Activated Bamboo Charcoal should I take daily?
Adults and teenagers—Dose is usually 12 -20 grams given one time. 1 – 12 years-Dose is usually 6 to 12 grams given once.  Dose is usually 5 to 10 grams, or the dose may be based on body weight. It may be 0.2 gram per kg of body weight. You can also utilize these measurements for your animals if poisoned.
